Reminders Not Firing

If a reminder notification doesn't appear when expected.

  • Notifications Enabled: Confirm notifications are allowed for Snap Flora in your device settings.
  • Exact Time (Android 13+): Allow exact alarms so reminders fire at the precise minute, not a few minutes later.
  • iPhone Note: Push and scheduled notifications are delivered on a real device; they don't appear on the iOS Simulator.
  • Reminder Still Active: Open the Reminders section and confirm the reminder is toggled on and scheduled for a future time.
